For the past 50 years I’ve been on an adventurous journey to creating my ideal life. I have had many roadblocks, failures, tangents, and hard obstacles to overcome. I have learned a lifetime about self-love, serving others, making myself a priority, taking back my power, and working daily toward creating a life I love.  I want to share everything I’ve learned and everything I am with those of you who are ready to take the next step with your health, fitness, nutrition, career, or life.  I believe we can all get to a place where we can love ourselves unconditionally, honor those who we love, connect with others to create our ideal community, and live our best life as it was intended.  I can’t wait to take this journey with you!
